  1. Sign into your Acrosbay account.
  2. Select the product that you want, choose the quantity and click ‘Add to cart’. You may also adjust the quantity, or remove items once they are in your cart.
  3. Click checkout once you have added all desired product(s).
  4. Enter your delivery address, and billing address then click next.
  5. On the next page, click ‘Place Order’ and you are done!
  6. Our Business team will contact you for order confirmation shortly via your registered contact details.
  7. You can also check your Order History to ensure that your order has been processed.
How to use Acrosbay?


  1. General Information
    All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you upon order confirmation.
  2. Delivery Location
    Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses within Malaysia. Any shipments outside of Malaysia are not available at this time.
  3. Delivery Time
    An estimated delivery time will be provided to you upon order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Order processing time can take 1-4 business days before they are sent out to shipping. Most orders leave warehouse within 24 hours; most items are delivered within (2) Business Days. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within 7 business days of the date of your order.
  4. Delivery charges
    Delivery charges will be quoted separately upon order confirmation. Charges are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You might choose to do self-collection in selected location to waive the delivery costs.

How will the item delivered?


Online transfer
Upon confirmed order, we will be sending invoice and banking details for you to proceed with payment. Bank-in slip / payment advise has to be presented as proof of payment.
